Welcome to SJS Discos' website. We are a relatively new business, having been launched in April 2008. This doesn't mean that the DJ is new however, as he has many years of previous experience, not just as a Mobile DJ, but as a Radio Presenter as well.

SJS Discos is a full time, professional disco and we pride ourselves on offering a first-class service from the very beginning, right through to the end. Also, as we try to provide the very best value for money, it usually means we are not always the cheapest.

We use professional quality sound and lighting equipment and we also carry spare equipment as back-up should anything go wrong.

We are also able to accept your music requests prior to the event via our online bookings and request system. This allows you to pay your non-refundable booking fee online and also allows you AND your guests to send requests directly to us.

We provide discos in Tamworth, Lichfield, Burton-On-Trent, Birmingham, Atherstone, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Coventry, Coleshill and Sutton Coldfield to name just a few places.

We are members of the National Association of Disc Jockeys (NADJ) and the Alliance of Mobile & Party DJ's (AMPdj) and therefore abide by their code of conduct and professionalism. We have also recently been awarded the DJ Mark Platinum award for our level of customer service and for following industry best practices. We have a vast collection of music ranging from the 50's through to today's latest "Top 40" as well as pre-release music which is not yet in the charts. We are more than happy for you to choose the music for your event and we also welcome requests at the function as well, as this gives us a broader knowledge of what music you and your guests want to hear.

Our DJ is very friendly, so if you would like him to make an announcement for you, or you would like to request that song you love, then just ask!

Before booking any DJ, always check they are operating legally and are insured.

Do they carry a Public Liability Insurance Policy?
Is their equipment Portable Appliance Tested annually to make sure it is safe?
Do they carry a ProDub Licence, if required (More info HERE)?
Is their music obtained legally or downloaded/acquired illegally?
Is their company operating legally? E.g. Are they registered, paying tax etc?
